I have been personal training and coaching sports teams in the UK and overseas since graduating from the University of Brighton as a BSc (honours) Sport and Exercise Scientist in 2011.

Alongside training my clients, I work as the Head of Sport Science and Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for Portsmouth Football Club Women.

My coaching ethos is always to provide you with a ‘long term’ focus by managing your health fitness and wellbeing (Mindset, Mobility, Strength, Fitness, Nutrition, Recovery) and keeping you on track. I believe consistency is the key to achieving any fitness goal, trusting the plan, enjoying the process, and celebrating the ‘small wins’ highlighted each session.  

Last year I expanded my services further, developing an ‘Online Coaching’ Service now available via an App Software available to download (IOS & Android) for those who may wish to have their goals managed and programmed by JG Fitness & Performance. 

i focuses on the education of effective programme design and guide you through improving your body's fundamental movement patterns using adaptable coaching techniques, giving you the knowledge and confidence you will achieve your goals.
