MEMBERSHIP
£35 a month, with no joining or cancellation fees (we just ask for 30 days notice of cancelling your membership)
It’s a really simple process – and it’s all handled here on the website. Simply click on join now at the top of the page and follow the steps below: Fill in your details, accept the T&C’s and let us know how you’d like to hear from us. The final step will be to enter in your payment details. Once these steps are completed you’re all good to go! You'll receive your confirmation via email and from there you'll be able to download and log into our Perch App, which is what you use to gain access to the gym. From signing up, you'll receive a confirmation email and will be able to download and login into our Perch Gym app. Once logged in, clicked on the 'Check In' button at the top of the page and scan your device over the door reader, this will release the door and allow you to enter.
Our pin code entry system has now been removed. Please check your emails with instructions on how to log into the Perch Gym app and gain access to the gym.
Perch Gym has zero admin fees and no cancellation charges. If you wish to leave we ask that you email us with 10 days notice.
AMENITIES
The gym has a variety of equipment, including: treadmills, cross-trainers, step machine, static bikes, rowers, barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, benches, smith machine, multi-function pulley machine, leg press, leg extension, various body weight and floor exercise items.
The gym has free access to Wifi for all members.
There is a large pay and display car park within a minute walk or on-road parking 2 minutes away.
We do have shower and changing facilities along with lockers. You'll need to bring your own padlock if you wish.

THE GYM
The gym is directly on Lancing Beach, by the Beach Green, next door to the Perch Cafe
To enter, simply open up your Perch App on your phone or other device, click on 'Check In' at the top of the screen and scan your device over the door reader, this will release the door and allow you to enter.

Monday - Friday 5:30am - 10pm
Saturday - Sunday 7am - 10pm
The gym is accessible, based on one floor with wheelchair friendly WC.
We do not allow under 18's to use our facilities, this is due to them not being covered by our insurance.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
If you're using an android phone, please ensure your location settings are turned on for the Perch Gym app. To do this, go to your phone settings and locate the Perch Gym app within your apps list. From there, click on Permissions, then select Location and choose "Allow only while using the app." After that, go back to Permissions and select Nearby Devices, then click on "Allow."
